We travel to DC in support of Planned Parenthood

Blake Emmanuel, our Director of Advocacy and Policy went to Washington, DC with Planned Parenthood and other advocates to speak out against the “BBB” – specifically discussing the threat to Planned Parenthood, reproductive rights, and Medicaid. Community members advocated for the importance of the programs by sharing  their personal stories. Representatives from Planned Parenthood presented statistics and outlined how the passage of the BBB would affect healthcare access and services.
