Whitney Hallman

Whitney Hallman is the Communications Associate at The Fund for Women and Girls, where she supports strategic storytelling, digital communications, and advocacy initiatives to amplify the organization’s mission of advancing equity and opportunity.
Whitney brings over a decade of experience in pharmaceuticals, where she worked in compliance for 12 years, along with extensive experience in maternal mental health advocacy, nonprofit communications, and community engagement. 


She serves as the Advocacy Chair for the Pennsylvania Chapter for Postpartum Support International and as an Alliance Representative for People of Color. Passionate about uplifting women and families, Whitney has led initiatives ranging from parental leave coaching to wellness programming, with a focus on ensuring that all parents have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

She is excited to bring her creativity, technical expertise, and deep commitment to community impact to her role with The Fund for Women and Girls.
