Lacey Layberger

Lacey Layberger, MS, SHRM-CP, has over ten years of experience in the non-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from West Chester University. She spent nearly a decade in the youth mentoring field, helping thousands of children receive high-quality, professionally supported, mentoring services. Lacey is passionate about leveling the playing field for all people; especially women and girls.

Currently, Lacey works in the Office of Human Resources at West Chester University. In her role, she ensures the University is compliant with various state policies and federal employment laws. At The Fund for Women and Girls, she served on the 2024 Core Grants Committee and currently serves on the Finance and Development Committees. In her spare time she enjoys running, traveling, crafting, and spending time with her Fiancé and dog.
