Guillermina Rios

Guillermina Rios is a values-driven leader with over 20 years of experience advancing equity, inclusion, and community impact. As the Association Director of Social Impact at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine, she leads county-wide initiatives that strengthen communities through mission-driven collaboration. Guillermina began her career with the YouthBuild program in Harrisburg, guiding young adults in leadership and vocational training through a social justice lens. She also held leadership roles with the Dauphin County Diversity Forum and the Danzante Community Art Center, supporting the arts as a tool for community inclusion.


Since returning to West Chester in 2015, Guillermina has served in multiple leadership roles at the YMCA and trains nationally for YMCA of the USA on inclusion-focused workshops. She serves on several local boards and committees, including the West Chester Food Cupboard, The Fund for Women and Girls, the Chester County Women’s Commission, and the Chester County Community Collaborative, where she co-chairs the Single Mothers’ Conference. Guillermina holds a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Penn State and is pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership. Her mission is to help others see the world through diverse lenses and create inclusive communities where all voices are valued.
