Elizabeth Curtis Swain

Drawing upon over forty years of legal practice, corporate compliance and business transactions at a multi-national corporation, Elizabeth works with non-profit organizations to help achieve their objectives and purposes. Her legal background and business experience enable her to appreciate needs and requirements, assess risk and/or compliance factors and then to assist in framing objectives into addressable actions. The nonprofit organizations range in their focus and audience and Elizabeth serves on boards and/or provides legal services appropriate to their needs. She focuses on understanding purpose and objectives and collaborating with personnel at all levels and disciplines. She has served on the Grants Allocation Committee and is a member of the Grantmaking Committee.
