Danielle Ruttman

Danielle Ruttman is an affiliative and servant leader who has spent over 20 years working in the managed care and pharmaceutical industries.  She currently works as a Federal Account Director on the US Market Access team within Pfizer, Inc where she works diligently with her customers to ensure that patients have access to medications.

Danielle volunteers her time in the office and outside of work as well.  She has held leadership roles on 2 Pfizer Employer Resource Group committees (Global Black Community and the Oncology Women’s Leadership Network), was the former President of the NSN Philadelphia Chapter (2021-2024, an organization focused on the development of minority sales professionals), served on The Fund’s 2024 grant allocation committee, and volunteers in the Coatesville YMCA pantry.  In 2025, Danielle will be joining The Fund’s Development Committee as well as the Advocacy Committee.

Danielle is a 20-year resident of Chester County and received her Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Marketing from Drexel University.  In her free time, she enjoys teaching group fitness classes at the Coatesville YMCA and cheering on her beloved Nittany Lions.
