Blake Emmanuel
Director of Advocacy and Policy
Blake serves as The Fund’s Director of Advocacy and Policy, overseeing our youth programming, Core Grants Committee, and The Fund’s advocacy efforts. Blake’s history with The Fund started when she participated in the pilot Girls Advisory Board (GAB) program in 2000.
She also has been a member of The Fund’s Education Committee. She has a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from West Chester University and is passionate about education, advocacy, and the potential impact of both for women and girls. She served on the Phoenixville Area School District School Board from 2017-2021, and as Board President from 2019-2021. Blake has also served on the board’s of multiple nonprofits. She lives in Phoenixville with her husband and two children.
