Grace Bongiovanni is a risk management professional with more than a decade of experience at PwC. She earned her degree in Accounting and began her career in external audit before transitioning to advisory roles focused on risk and internal audit. Today, she works in an internal Risk Management role at PwC. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about thoughtful, people-centered leadership and believes that some of the best solutions begin by taking the time to listen, understand different perspectives, and support those around her.
Grace first became involved with The Fund for Women and Girls as a volunteer supporting its advocacy efforts. Through that experience, she quickly saw the meaningful impact The Fund has in the community and developed a deeper appreciation for its work to create opportunities for women and girls. She is excited to continue supporting that mission as a member of the Board of Directors.
Outside of work and volunteering, Grace can usually be found trying to keep up with her two young children, tackling projects around her 1800s farmhouse, or slowing things down with a good book. More recently, she has taken up watercolor painting and is enjoying having a creative outlet that requires considerably fewer power tools.
