Safe Harbor of Chester County

Safe Harbor of Chester County was awarded a General Partner Grant in support of their emergency shelter and supportive services for unhoused single women in Chester County. Safe Harbor helps their clients with housing, meals, counseling and case management services, in addition to helping them access resources throughout the county including job training, benefits assistance, medical care, clothing, and other basic needs.
