Maternal and Child Health Consortium

A General Partner Grant has been awarded to the Maternal and Child Health Consortium (MCHC) to support their mission of ensuring that children and families have the skills, knowledge, and resources to start healthy, stay healthy, and succeed in school.  MCHC provides home visiting services for pregnancy, parenting and early childhood development, benefits enrollment assistance, and child advocacy services among others.  Recognizing that too many children grow up without reliable access to health care, early education, and basic necessities, MCHC works to fill this gap, providing the guidance, resources, and care families need to navigate challenges and build a strong foundation for their children’s futures.
