Coatesville Youth Initiative
2026 Grantee
Coatesville Youth Initiative was awarded a Gender Equity Grant for their partnership in an upcoming initiative this fall focused on equitable public-school funding. This project, to be implemented in partnership with Children First, equips students to advocate on behalf of their school district for more equitable funding. Coatesville Youth Initiative strives to contribute to a vibrant future for Coatesville by engaging youth in experiences that support their success in school and in life, and by uniting a wide range of partners to make the community better for everyone. Coatesville Youth Initiative provides a variety of youth leadership and workforce development programs equipping the youth of Coatesville to be the community and business leaders of the future.
