LCH Health & Community Services

LCH Health & Community Services was awarded an Advocacy Project Grant to help fund community outreach connecting underserved women, girls and gender expansive individuals with existing reproductive health services.  To be staffed by an individual bringing both medical background and community connections, this position is designed to address cultural barriers to access services.  Through three holistic health centers LCH Health and Community Services works to ensure that all people have access to the health care they need, and the knowledge, motivation, and resources to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles.
