Committee of Seventy

An Advocacy Project Grant was awarded to the Committee of Seventy to fund the creation and production of a “How Chester County Works” guide.   Based on the existing “How Philly Works” Guide, this workbook is designed to demystify the structure and processes of our county’s government so that all residents can access assistance and advocate for their local government (tentative release Fall 2026).
