Alianzas de Phoenixville

Alianzas de Phoenixville was awarded a General Partner Grant to help fund their support for immigrant families, especially helping the women obtain food and maintain housing when the household providers are removed from the home. In addition, Alianzas’ counseling services provided in the client’s native language have been crucial.  The vast majority of women and girls served by Alianzas experienced violence and trauma in their home countries and in the process of immigrating to the United States.  Recent events have compounded that trauma.
