Reproductive Justice
Reproductive justice means ensuring that women and families have access to the care, information, and support they need to make informed decisions about their bodies and their futures.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this work is happening every day—saving lives, strengthening families, and closing critical gaps in
maternal health care.
Your Support in Action

2216
women received critical medical care at no cost, including cancer screenings, mammograms, pregnancy tests, and prenatal and postpartum services—ensuring early detection, healthy pregnancies, and timely follow-up care.
560
caregivers received support while birthing and raising a baby, improving long-term health outcomes for both mothers and infants.
80
women accessed comprehensive postpartum care, preventing serious and potentially life-threatening complications during a critical but often overlooked period.
Together, these programs expand access to reproductive health care, protect bodily autonomy, and create pathways to health, dignity, and long-term well-being.
ANA'S STORY
Ana, a young postpartum mother, began experiencing concerning symptoms that were initially dismissed by healthcare providers. Leveraging our clinical expertise, we successfully advocated for hospital admission and specialist consultation, ultimately preventing what could have been a fatal case of sepsis.
LAURA'S STORY
In another critical intervention, we supported Laura, who continued experiencing heavy bleeding and large clots two months postpartum—symptoms that had been overlooked during routine follow-up care. Our assessment and advocacy led to her return to the hospital, where physicians discovered a serious uterine hematoma requiring immediate treatment.

The postpartum period—often referred to as the “fourth trimester”—is one of the most vulnerable times in a woman’s life. Through our grantee partners, women receive not only education and clinical insight, but also advocacy when they need it most.

Why This Work Matters?
Too often, postpartum complications are missed, minimized, or misunderstood. Reproductive justice ensures that women—especially those historically underserved—are heard, believed, and supported throughout their care journey. Your generosity helps make that possible.
When you support reproductive justice, you help ensure that care doesn’t end at delivery—and that every woman has the opportunity to heal, thrive, and survive.
