Whitford Classic – The Fund selected as beneficiary

The Fund is excited to announce that we have been chosen as a beneficiary of The Whitford Charitable Fund (WCF)’s annual Whitford Classic event on Friday through Sunday, September 23-25, 2022. At the Whitford Classic, members of Whitford Country Club, friends, and community members spend the weekend golfing, playing tennis, and dancing at a Gala Dinner Dance Auction evening on Friday, September 23rd. All activities raise money for local nonprofit organizations serving the Chester County community. Click here to register for the Whitford Classic.
The Whitford Charitable Fund began with a vision and a commitment of a small group of Whitford Country Club members in 2011. The purpose of the organization was to create a vehicle for members to give back to the Chester County nonprofit community.
Over the past nine years, the WCF has donated more than $950,000 to over 56 different charitable organizations in Chester County. This year, the event will give to 11 beneficiary organizations, including The Fund for Women and Girls. Learn more at https://www.whitfordcc.com/.
